Styling tip - layering for sleeveless dresses & tops! Last week I wore a dress from Zara and I had so many questions about it - but it’s more than a dress, I'm wearing a sheer top from @primark under it! I am NOT a fan of my arms so I prefer to wear long sleeves, however I loved the shape, length and details of this dress I needed to find a way to style it to my preference. And so, I layered…

My layering tips:
✔️ Make sure the bottom layer is the opposite of the top layer. By that I mean, if your dress or top is detailed keep the bottom layer plain and vice versa
✔️ @hm are great for these kind of basics with high or scoop necks
✔️ If you can, bring your layer with you to try on with the piece you are thinking about buying to make sure it is a good fit underneath. Or have a go with some things you have already that you could layer, and give an older piece a new lease of life!

‼️ Skincare alert ‼️ Over the last few months I have had a rough time with my skin - redness and rosacea, broken skin barrier, dryness, breakouts - it’s been a lot and with not being an expert I didn’t know what to do. So I did some research and made changes. Fragrance was aggravating my skin and even though I thought I was hydrating my skin I wasn’t doing enough. So as you can see over the last month it has improved significantly- still working away at the redness but my skin texture has completely changed for the better and my breakouts have been managed. Here is what I have used to help:

@skin1004official oil cleanser
@cerave Smoothening foam cleanser
Skin1004 centella ampoule and @anua_global Niacinamide serums both from @skinshop.ie
@purito_official serum (about once a week instead of the next step)
@dr.altheaglobal 345 relief cream at night and @cetaphiluk moisturiser in the morning followed by spf
Every other night I use @theordinary Azelaic cream (targeting the redness!)
@sastaskinhealth Microbiome serum under make up
