Beauty gift sets are always under a Christmas tree aren’t they? I always love getting one, and when I did a call out to brands to ask for lists of their sets for this season, I was overwhelmed with the range on offer from budget to blowout. So, I went through all of them and had a look at a few things. Firstly, value for money. Usually beauty gift sets have some extra item whether that’s a small size moisturiser or a perfume. Secondly, check if the contents are relevant. You need to make sure that the recipient will use all the contents and that it’s suitable for them. And lastly, compare to similar brands to check if you are getting the best deal. I’ve done all the research and I’ve included some of my favourites. Fragrances are always a hit, and one of my favourite scents this year was Armani Beauty It’s You. It’s so fresh and light (there is also a male version) and a lovely daytime scent. This set contains the Eau de Parfum 50ml, a limited edition Lip Balm 15ml and Travel Spray 15ml (€65).

CHARLOTTE TILBURY BEAUTY UNIVERSE
You know Charlotte Tilbury is one of my favourite make up brands, and each year her gifting is simply amazing. The Beauty Universe gift set is one of the most luxurious beauty gift sets out there. Now at €185 it’s a splurge but what you get is nearly every hero item in Charlotte’s collection. From the famous magic cream to cream eye shadows and lipgloss, all your make up and skincare needs will be answered.
SOAP & GLORY MAKE UP SET
Soap & Glory are such a fun brand, and they are the champions of gift sets. I love their bubblegum scent from Clean On Me which has a permanent spot on my shower tray. They also make some super make up which is excellent value for money. In this set, you get a full eyeshadow palette, lipglosses, highlighter palette and a mascara.

THE BEAUTY AGENDA
If you need to find a new source of all things beauty, the recently set up The Beauty Agenda is a treasure trove of gift inspiration. Brands like Aveda, Pureology and natural products like Laouta and Oway are all stocked on the site and they have a dedicated gift section for Christmas. I am a huge Aveda fan, and this gift set for Styling and Texturising has everything you need for healthy hair. I love their thickening tonic and Shampure which I have been using for years and my hair just loves them. If you want to give someone a new brand, then have a look here.
