I love a good faux fur jacket and how I style them comes down to some simple tricks. Firstly, you need to keep the outfit fairly plain – basics like a good knit, jeans and boots. The faux fur jacket has to be the centre piece of your look so nothing else can take away from it. I love this time of year when I can start to get cosy in jackets like this and for €35 it’s a steal isn’t it?

I like find outerwear that has some detail; so the vinyl trim had me at first sight. I have been eyeing this jacket up ever since I saw it back at the Primark press preview earlier in the year and it finally hit shop floors today! I play on the tone of this jacket in today’s outfit of the day. Creams and other basic shades work well to balance the warm hue of the coat. I love layering these over my favourite jeans and knit so when the days get much colder I will be totally snug. Also, if you like a short jacket or have a petite frame then this jacket is ideal.
